INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast 1kg
FOR MARINADE
Greek yogurt 150g
Garam Masala 5g
Smoked paprika 3g
Garlic 3 cloves
Lime juice ½
Salt 1 pinch
Fresh coriander
FOR SAUCE
Butter nut
Tomato puree to taste
Fresh liquid cream 50g
White onions 1
Garlic 1 clove
Fresh chilli pepper 1
Cumin 3 g
Smoked paprika 3g
Turmeric powder 3g
Brown sugar 20 g
Extra virgin olive oil 10g
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander to taste
Chicken breast 1kg

DIRECTIONS
Start by preparing the marinade, mix all the useful ingredients, as shown in the video. Cut the chicken into small pieces, sprinkle with paprika and then dip in the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Then transfer it to a pan and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (440°F) for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Prepare the sauce by cutting the onion, then put the garlic in a pan with the butter and start to fry. Add all the ingredients and finally the chicken. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
