Chicken coffee: the recipe for a delicious dish

Ingredients:
250 gr chicken breast
50 ml coffee
olive oil
salt
pepper
1 carrot
1 shallot chopped parsley
 
Directions:
Cut the chicken breast and pour some coffee. Marinate for 5 minutes. Cut the carrot and blend with the shallot and oil. Cook in a pan and then add the chicken. Finally pour other coffee and cook for few minutes.
