Baked chicken with dried tomatoes and almonds: a dish to absolutely try

Ingredients:
Chicken breast
2 tablespoons oil
Chili pepper
60 gr dried tomatoes
30 gr almonds
Basil chopped (or a teaspoon of pesto)

Directions:
Blend the dried tomatoes and the almonds, then mix with the basil and the oil. Cut the chicken and fill it with the dressing. Sprinkle some pepper and put it in aluminum foil. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
