The recipe to make mini chocolate cheesecakeIngredients for the base:
- biscuits
- 2 tablespoons of butter (about 100 g)
Blend the biscuits and melt the butter, then put everything in the mold and press with a glass; now it's time to prepare cream.
Ingredients:
200 g of cheese
100 g of cream
100 g of chocolate for breakfast
125 g of bitter chocolate
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 cup of refined sugar
vanilla
Once ready, add cream inside the molds and bake in the oven at 170° for 40-45 minutes
