STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE

INGREDIENTS
300g fresh strawberries
200ml (3/4 cup) cold milk
8 ice cubes
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Whipped cream, for serving

METHOD
1. Rinse the strawberries thoroughly, remove the stems, and slice them into halves or quarters.
2. Place the serving glasses in the fridge or freezer to chill while you prepare the milkshake.
3. Add the sugar to the blender jug, followed by the sliced strawberries.
4. Pour in the cold milk, then add the ice cubes.
5. Blend everything at high speed for a few seconds until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and slightly frothy.
6. Take the glasses out of the fridge and pour in the milkshake.
7. Top each glass with a generous swirl of whipped cream and garnish with a fresh strawberry if desired. Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.
