3 easy and delicious cookie ideas!

INGREDIENTS
180g (3/4 cup) of butter
330g (2 2/3 cups) of flour
30g (1/4 cup) of cornstarch
1/3 tsp of salt
90g (3/4 cup) of powdered sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 eggs
Cocoa powder
Apricot jam
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together flour, salt, cornstarch, sugar powder, cinnamon, and butter. Add in eggs.
2. Divide the dough into 3 parts.
3. Cut the first part into slices and roll out, decorate with a fork dipped into the cocoa powder. Bake at 180’C (350’F) for 20 minutes.
4. Cut into the slices the second part, roll out, and make the flowers. Bake at 180’C (350’F) for 25 minutes.
5. From the third part make a little balls and press with the pasta, fill with apricot jam. Bake at 180’C (350’F) for 20 minutes.
