Lemon pie: the recipe for a fragrant and easy to make dessert

Ingredients: 
 
- For the dough: 
300 g of flour 
150 g of sugar 
100 g of melted butter
1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk 
1 packet of vanilla-flavored baking powder 
 
- For the lemon cream: 
1 knob of butter
120 g of sugar 
2 lemons' zest and juice
2 eggs 
 
Directions: 
1. Make the dough by mixing flour, sugar, melted butter, eggs and baking powder into a bowl. 
2. Stir then knead until you get a smooth and even dough. Then cut it in half. 
3. For the cream melt butter into a sauce pan, then add sugar. 
4. Also stir in grated lemon zest and juice. 
5. Lastly add eggs, lower the heat and stir until it thickens. 
6. Spread the dough using a rolling pin and place it in a round cake mold. 
7. Fill with the lemon cream, then cover with more dough. 
8. With dough scraps you can make decorations in the shaoe you like the most. 
9. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes. 
10. Decorate with powdered sugar.
