Strawberry Tiramisu: the recipe to make it creamy and delicious

Ingredients:
250 g of strawberries
80 g of sugar
30 ladyfingers
3 eggs
250 g of mascarpone cheese
Vanilla essence
Directions:
1. Cut the strawberries in tiny pieces, but save some for decoration.
2. Mix them with 30 g of sugar and blend.
3. For the cream whisk egg whites with 30 g of sugar.
4. Aside mix egg yolks with 20 g of sugar.
5. Stir in mascarpone cheese, then gradually add whisked egg whites from before.
6. Flavor with some vanilla.
7. Now assemble the dessert in a tray: start with a layer of cream, then dip the ladyfingers into the strawberry puree you made before and make a biscuits' layer.
8. Continue until you fill the whole tray and finish with a cream layer.
9. Decorate with some strawberry puree and fresh strawberries.
10. Let cool in the fridge for at least 6 hours before serving.
