Chocolate pudding: the delicious and easy to make recipe

Ingredients:
- For the pudding:
250 ml of milk
250 ml of cream
80 g of sugar
50 g of cocoa powder
10 g of agar agar
130 g of chocolate
- For decoration:
50 g of dark chocolate
50 g of hot cream
Grated chocolate
Freeze-dried berries
Directions:
1. Mix milk and cream in a sauce pan.
2. Aside blend sugar, cocoa powder and agar agar.
3. Add the powders into the sauce pan ad stir.
4. Move the mixture onto the stove and cook stirring continuously until it thickens.
5. Add chocolate (cut in pieces) and melt completely.
6. Filter the batter and pour it into a mold.
7. Cover with some plastic wrap and let cool at room temperature, then place the pudding in the fridge for 2 or 3 hours.
8. Melt chocolate into hot cream and use this mixture to decorate the pudding.
9. Also add grated chocolate and berries on top.
