Artichoke casserole: the savory recipe to try

Ingredients:
5 artichokes
1 onion
Salt
Oil
500 g of bechamel
200 g of roast pork or bacon
2 mozzarella cheese
Grated cheese
4 potatoes
Breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Clean the artichokes and cut them in wedges.
2. Cook in a pan with chopped onion and some olive oil for 15-20 minutes.
3. Pour a couple of spoonful of bechamel on the bottom of a tray.
4. Make a layer with sliced boiled potatoes.
5. Cover with artichokes, pork or bacon, diced mozzarella and grated cheese.
6. Repeat to make another layer, then finish with some breadcrumbs.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
