Dragon fruit toast bread: how to make this colorful and fluffy recipe

Ingredients:
Red dragon fruit (blended) + milk
375 g bread flour
7 g instant dry yeast
25 g sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
42 g soft butter
Directions:
1. Cut and blend the dragon fruit.
2. Mix the pulp with flour, yeast, sugar, salt, egg and soft butter.
3. Mix all together and make a soft dough.
4. Cover the dough for about 60-90 minutes.
5. Divide the dough in 4 parts and spread each one.
6. Place them into the mold and cover again.
7. Bake at 180° for 30-40 minutes.
8. Serve this amazing bread with jam and enjoy it.
