Savory sfogliatelle: quick recipe for a super aperitif!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of Puff pastry
Tomato sauce
Oregano
Cheese

METHOD
  1. Cut the puff pastry into the rectangle shapes and split it into 6 parts.
  2. With the knife cut one-half of the rectangle into the tiny stripes and fold. Add the tomato sauce on top, oregano, and cheese, and close it creating the triangle shape.
  3. Transfer the triangles to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 25 minutes.
