Savory sfogliatelle: quick recipe for a super aperitif!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of Puff pastry
Tomato sauce
Oregano
Cheese
METHOD
- Cut the puff pastry into the rectangle shapes and split it into 6 parts.
- With the knife cut one-half of the rectangle into the tiny stripes and fold. Add the tomato sauce on top, oregano, and cheese, and close it creating the triangle shape.
- Transfer the triangles to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 25 minutes.
