3 quick aperitifs for a fabulous Christmas dinner!

1)
INGREDIENTS
450g Spinach
6 Eggs
30g (4 tbsp) Parmesan
2g (1/2 tsp) Nutmeg
200g (1 cup) Cream cheese
Pomegranate seeds

METHOD
  1. In a blender put spinach, eggs, parmesan, and nutmeg.
  2. Blend it and pour it into a pan. Bake it at 360°F/180°C for 10 minutes.
  3. Use three different size circle cutters to cut it.
  4. Fill with cream cheese between the circles and add pomegranate seeds on the side. On top put the little star.
  5. Serve.

INGREDIENTS
300g Puff pastry
50g (1/2 cup) Tuna
300g (1 1/2 cup) Cream cheese
Sesame
Egg

METHOD
  1. Use a Christmas tree cutter to cut the puff pastry.
  2. In a bowl mix cream cheese and tuna.
  3. On the pastry put the filling and close it with another piece of pastry. Cover with egg wash and pit a little sesame on top.
  4. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 15 minutes. Serve.

Green olives
Provola cheese
Dry tomatoes
Salami
Pretzels
Pickles
Black olives

METHOD
  1. On a wooden skewer put all the ingredients.
  2. Serve on a plate with rosemary for decoration.
