3 quick aperitifs for a fabulous Christmas dinner!

1)
INGREDIENTS
450g Spinach
6 Eggs
30g (4 tbsp) Parmesan
2g (1/2 tsp) Nutmeg
200g (1 cup) Cream cheese
Pomegranate seeds
METHOD
INGREDIENTS
450g Spinach
6 Eggs
30g (4 tbsp) Parmesan
2g (1/2 tsp) Nutmeg
200g (1 cup) Cream cheese
Pomegranate seeds
METHOD
- In a blender put spinach, eggs, parmesan, and nutmeg.
- Blend it and pour it into a pan. Bake it at 360°F/180°C for 10 minutes.
- Use three different size circle cutters to cut it.
- Fill with cream cheese between the circles and add pomegranate seeds on the side. On top put the little star.
- Serve.

300g Puff pastry
50g (1/2 cup) Tuna
300g (1 1/2 cup) Cream cheese
Sesame
Egg

INGREDIENTS
300g Puff pastry
50g (1/2 cup) Tuna
300g (1 1/2 cup) Cream cheese
Sesame
Egg
METHOD
- Use a Christmas tree cutter to cut the puff pastry.
- In a bowl mix cream cheese and tuna.
- On the pastry put the filling and close it with another piece of pastry. Cover with egg wash and pit a little sesame on top.
- Bake at 360°F/180°C for 15 minutes. Serve.

Pickles

- On a wooden skewer put all the ingredients.
- Serve on a plate with rosemary for decoration.
