Tangerine cake: moist, soft and fragrant!

Just pour the batter over the tangerines to make a great cake in a few steps!
INGREDIENTS
15 tangerines
2 eggs
Pinch salt
100g sugar
150ml vegetable oil
160ml water
Tangerine zest
15g baking powder
280g flour
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Grease and line an oven dish and sprinkle with sugar.
- Peel a tangerine, cut it in half horizontally, and place several pieces neatly in the previously greased oven dish.
- Blend a tangerine with two eggs.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl using a strainer, add oil, salt, baking powder, water, tangerine zest, sugar, flour and mix very well.
- Pour the mixture on top of the cut tangerines in the oven dish. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C (356 ° F).
- Remove from the dish, remove the paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
