Tangerine cake: moist, soft and fragrant!

INGREDIENTS

15 tangerines

2 eggs

Pinch salt

100g sugar

150ml vegetable oil

160ml water

Tangerine zest

15g baking powder

280g flour

Powdered sugar

METHOD

Grease and line an oven dish and sprinkle with sugar.
Peel a tangerine, cut it in half horizontally, and place several pieces neatly in the previously greased oven dish.
Blend a tangerine with two eggs.
Pour the mixture into a bowl using a strainer, add oil, salt, baking powder, water, tangerine zest, sugar, flour and mix very well.
Pour the mixture on top of the cut tangerines in the oven dish. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C (356 ° F).
Remove from the dish, remove the paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
