Lemon granita: how to make it perfect and delicious

The recipe for making granita with or without ice cream maker.
Ingredients:
300 ml of water
200 grams of granulated sugar
8 organic lemons
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, pour the water and sugar.
2. Boil for 5 minutes, then let cool.
3. Peel 8 lemons and squeeze them.
4. Strain the juice and add the peels, leave to rest in the freezer for 30 minutes.
5. Filter everything and bring to the ice cream maker.
6. Or pour the juice into the ice container and freeze, then blend.
