Chocolate ice cream: how to make them in a few steps!

INGREDIENTS
500ml (2 cups) milk
15g (2 tbsp) milk powder
15g (2 tbsp) sugar
10g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) cornstarch
60ml (1/4 cup) milk (for cornstarch)
200g (7 oz) chocolate

METHOD
  1. In a bowl dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup of milk. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan bring 2 cups of milk to a boil, add milk powder and stir well.
    Add sugar to the pan and mix to dissolve.
  3. Pour in the milk with cornstarch and stir constantly until the mixture begins to boil. Remove from the heat and stir until the mixture cools.
  4. Divide obtained mixture between popsicle molds and insert a popsicle stick into each mold. Freeze at least for 5 hours or overnight.
  5. Melt chocolate in a microwave or using a double boiler. Pour melted chocolate into a glass.
  6. Dip a popsicle into chocolate, then let excess drip off back into the glass. Repeat with the remaining popsicles. Store in a freezer.
