Chocolate ice cream: how to make them in a few steps!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
500ml (2 cups) milk
15g (2 tbsp) milk powder
15g (2 tbsp) sugar
10g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) cornstarch
60ml (1/4 cup) milk (for cornstarch)
200g (7 oz) chocolate
METHOD
- In a bowl dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup of milk. Set aside.
- In a saucepan bring 2 cups of milk to a boil, add milk powder and stir well.
Add sugar to the pan and mix to dissolve. - Pour in the milk with cornstarch and stir constantly until the mixture begins to boil. Remove from the heat and stir until the mixture cools.
- Divide obtained mixture between popsicle molds and insert a popsicle stick into each mold. Freeze at least for 5 hours or overnight.
- Melt chocolate in a microwave or using a double boiler. Pour melted chocolate into a glass.
- Dip a popsicle into chocolate, then let excess drip off back into the glass. Repeat with the remaining popsicles. Store in a freezer.
