Clever ice cream: just follow these 3 simple steps!

INGREDIENTS 
250g mascarpone cheese
3 tsp condensed milk
cookies
melted chocolate
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine the mascarpone cheese with the condensed milk. If you want to make it a bit lighter, add whipped cream.
2. Pour the mixture in a rectangular cake pan and freeze.
3. Cut the ice cream into rectangles and place each slice between two cookies.
4. Slide a Popsicle stick into each ice cream.
5. Dip half the cookie into the melted chocolate.
