Lemon chiffon cake: the recipe to prepare a delicious dessert

Ingredients:
360 gr of flour 00
1 sachet of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
380 gr of granulated sugar
1 sachet of Vanillin (or 1 vanilla bean)
Zest of 2 organic lemons
9 large eggs (500 gr)
Juice of 2 lemons + water (tot. 250 ml)
150 ml of sunflower oil
1 sachet of cream of tartar (8 g)
Directions:
1. First mix the flour with yeast, salt and 190 grams of sugar.
2. Then add the zest of two lemons, egg yolks, vanillin, oil and lemon juice diluted in water.
3. Separately whisk the egg whites with the cream of tartar and the other 190 grams of sugar.
4. Combine everything and pour the mixture into a mold.
5. Bake at 160 degrees for 70 minutes.
6. Decorate with whipped cream, lemons and blueberries.
