How to prepare perfect and delicious boiled eggs

Do you want perfect boiled eggs? Try this Italian method.
Boil the water, when it boils add two tablespoons of vinegar, which will make the egg brighter in color and will help the egg white to thicken more quickly in case the shell breaks.
With a long spoon, create a whirlpool in the water, turning it in a circle in the center of the pot.
Drop the egg in the center, create another whirlpool and put another one, like this one after the other, placing all the eggs that need to be hardened.
Allow 10 minutes, since the water boils again, to have completely hardened eggs.
Remove the eggs and transfer them to a salad bowl with ice water.
In this way the shell will be removed very easily, if still not enough to remove the shell easily, tap the shell of the eggs and it will take off almost by itself.
