2 tasty ideas with boiled eggs: to be served on special evenings!

INGREDIENTS
5 eggs
500 ml (2 cups) water
2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sugar

METHOD
  1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Clean boiled eggs, put two of them on plastic wrap and toothpicks, and wrap it. Fasten with an elastic band and freeze for 1 hour. Cut it into slices.
  2. In another pan add water, Japanese soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar, when the stars boiling put the rest of the eggs into it, boil for a few minutes, and leave in the water for 1 hour.
