Tortilla rolls: the super easy and tasty meal

Try this amazing Italian recipe for a tasty lunch or dinner.
 
Ingredients:
Sauce:
Fresh cheese
Italian pesto
Salt and pepper
 
Filling:
Ham
Tomatoes
Cheese
Lettuce
Eggplants
Tortillas
 
Directions:
Cut the eggplants and season them with oil and salt. Bake at 356°F for about 15 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes too and make the sauce: mix pesto and fresh cheese.
Heat the tortillas (each side) and fill them. Roll, cut and enjoy them.
