Roasted red onions: the delicious side dish ready in just a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS
1kg red onion
Salt
Pepper
Water
8g sugar
Oregano
3 tbsp vinegar
Olive oil

METHOD
1. Slice the side of an onion a little.
2. Use a peeler to slice the onion into thin slices.
lace the onions on a baking tray. Add salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, vinegar, oil and mix very well.
3. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
