Cod tarts: the perfect recipe for a Christmas appetizer

Ingredients:
500 g of unsalted cod
4 garlic cloves
200 ml of extravirgin olive oil
Crunchy onion
Green sprouts
Toasted bread slices
Directions:
1. In a large pan pour olive oil.
2. Add in the garlic and let them fry a little.
3. Make sure the oil temperature doesn't get past 80 degrees.
4. Place the cod in the pan, with the skin touching the pan bottom.
5. Cook 10 minutes each side.
6. When ready, remove the cod from the pan and let it cool a little before removing the skin.
7. Chop the cod and put it into a blender with the garlic cloves from before.
8. Mix adding the cooking oil a little at a time.
9. Spread the cod cream onto some toasted bread slices.
10. Decorate with crunchy onion and sprouts.
