Zucchini rolls skewers: the perfect recipe for the whole family!

Easy, quick and delicious!

INGREDIENTS

1 zucchini

70g of sliced ham
50g provolone
20g bread crumbs
Garlic
Salt
Parsley
Grated Parmesan
Olive oil
Skewers

METHOD

Cut the two ends off a washed zucchini. Cut very thin strips lengthwise.
Mix breadcrumbs with garlic, parsley, salt, and parmesan.
Put a little mixture on each zucchini sheet, add a little ham and provolone cheese.
Roll up and repeat the step several times. Place various rolls on a skewer.
Place the skewers on a baking sheet. Sprinkle more of the breadcrumb mixture and a little olive oil.
Bake for 15 minutes at 190 ºC (374 ºF).
