Chicken cake: here's an excellent way to use leftovers!

A simple one-pan recipe ready in no-time! 
 
INGREDIENTS
500g (17.5 oz) Chicken breasts
2 eggs
5g (1 tsp) Salt
2 g (1/2 tsp) pepper
2g (1/2 tsp) Oregano
200ml (4/5 cup) Greek yogurt
1 Tomato
1 Onion
Parsley
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into squares. In a bowl add eggs, salt, pepper, oregano and mix it. Cut the onion and tomato on slices.
  2. Pour a little oil to baking pan and add chicken. Put salt, pepper, oregano and yogurt. Pour mixture and mix a little bit. Put the tomato slices on top.
  3. Bake at 180C for 45-50 minutes. Decorate with parsley leaves and serve.
