Fried squids: how to make a crispy and fluffy batter

Ingredients:
200 gr fresh squid
 
Batter:
150 gr flour
50 gr starch
1 teaspoon baking powder
150 ml water
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon of oil
 
Directions:
Clean the squid and cut into slices.
In a bowl mix flour, starch and yeast. Add the water and stir until you get a thick batter. Finally add salt, pepper and oil.
Dip the calories in and then fry in hot oil.
