Mini bread rolls: the easy recipe to make delicious snacks

Ingredients:
500 gr flour
250 ml warm milk
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 egg
40 gr sugar
100 ml sunflower oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 yolk to brush
You can fill the bread roll with chicken or with all you desire.
Directions:
In a bowl mix flour, milk, yeast, egg, sugar, oil and salt.
Let rise for 90 minutes, then form portions of 20 gr each.
Give each portion an elongated shape and let it rise for another 30 minutes. Brush the yolk and bake at 356°F (180°9)for 20 minutes.
Then stuff as you like.
