Fried mushrooms with garlic sauce: easy and delicious

Ingredients:
1 cup creme fraiche
1 tbsp of yogurt
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lemon
Parsley
Salt and pepper
 
500 gr mushrooms
1 tsp paprika
Oregano, thyme and rosemary
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
 
Directions:
Sauce: mix the creme fraiche with yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
Brow the mushrooms with oil and add paprika, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Serve together and enjoy.
