Phyllo dough baskets: simple, fast and delicious

Ingredients:
5 eggplant
1 small onion
300/400 gr minced meal
1 red bell pepper
1/2 tomatoes
Spices
Salt
4 pieces of phyllo dough
Water, oil and vinegar to spread
Bechamel:
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp of flour
1 cup of milk
Cheese
Directions:
Cut and fry the eggplants. In another pan brown the onion and add minced meat, bell pepper, tomatoes, spices and salt. Cook and add the eggplants.
Mix water, oil and vinegar and spread on the phyllo dough. Cut it and make the baskets.
Fill and bake at 356°F (180°) for 35 minutes.
