Mini pancakes: the easy recipe to make them perfect

A Japanese recipe to prepare tasty pancakes.
Ingredients:
1 egg
45 gr sugar
60 gr yogurt
100 gr soy milk
140 gr flour
7 gr baking powder
2 drops vanilla oil
15 gr melted butter

Directions:
Whisk the egg with the sugar, then add the yogurt and milk. Sift and add flour and baking powder. Finally, add vanilla oil and butter. Obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture, heat a non-stick pan and prepare your pancakes. Serve them as you prefer.
