Curry turkey: an alternative but full of flavor recipe

Ingredients:
Turkey fillets
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of curry
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Salt and pepper
250 ml milk
Olive oil

Directions:
Brown the turkey in a pan with a little oil, then set it aside and add salt. In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic, then add curry and turmeric. Add the turkey, stir in and add the milk. Make form a sauce and serve.
