Chocolate bread rolls: the tasty recipe to make at home

Ingredients:
650 gr flour
100 gr sugar
400 ml milk
1 egg and 1 yolk
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon dry yeast
30 gr oil
Hazelnut cream for stuffing
A yolk for brushing
Directions:
In the planetary mixer (or by hand) put the dry ingredients, flour, sugar, yeast then add egg and yolk. Mix by adding milk and oil. Cover and let rise until doubled. Then form balls and let it rest for another 30 minutes. Roll out and stuff the sandwiches as shown in the video, then brush with the yolk. Bake at 340°F (170°) for 25/30 minutes.
