Cauliflower rice: it's simple, easy and healthy!

Simply sauté in a large skillet, the result is delicious! 

INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower 
1 tbsp olive oil 
1 small onion 
1 garlic glove 
Lime juice 
Cilantro 
Shrimps

METHOD
  1. Grate the cauliflower.
  2. Take it on the pan and add olive oil, diced onion, diced garlic, some lime juice and cilantro at the end. All the time on slow fire.
  3. Then take it to the bowl and decorate with shrimps, avocado and cherry tomatoes.
