Cauliflower rice: it's simple, easy and healthy!

Simply sauté in a large skillet, the result is delicious!
INGREDIENTS
Cauliflower
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion
1 garlic glove
Lime juice
Cilantro
Shrimps
INGREDIENTS
Cauliflower
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion
1 garlic glove
Lime juice
Cilantro
Shrimps
METHOD
- Grate the cauliflower.
- Take it on the pan and add olive oil, diced onion, diced garlic, some lime juice and cilantro at the end. All the time on slow fire.
- Then take it to the bowl and decorate with shrimps, avocado and cherry tomatoes.
