Dairy-free coffee mousse: a unique creaminess

Ingredients:
200ml very cold water
120g sugar
2 tablespoons instant coffee

2 tablespoons instant coffee
Directions:
In a mixer, pour the water and add sugar and coffee. Run the machine and beat for 5 consecutive minutes. Keep in the fridge for 10 minutes and then serve.
