Samosa rolls: a great, easy to make a starter!

INGREDIENTS
 1 cup Flour
 1/4 tsp Salt
 1/2 tsp Black cumin
 1 tbsp Oil
 Water
 
1 cup Mashed potatoes
 2 tbsp Onion
 1/4 tsp Cumin powder 
1/2 tsp Paprika
 1/4 tsp Salt
 1 Green chili
 1 tbsp Parsley leaves
 3 tbsp Corn starch
Oil
 
 
METHOD
  1. Mix the ingredients for the dough, let the dough rest for 20 minutes, and at this time make the filling.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the filling in a separate bowl.
  3. Roll out the dough, divide the filling into balls.
  4. Cut the dough into strips and place the filling on one edge. Wrap the rolls. Pierce with a toothpick and fry in oil.
