Samosa rolls: a great, easy to make a starter!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black cumin
1 tbsp Oil
Water
1 cup Mashed potatoes
2 tbsp Onion
1/4 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Green chili
1 tbsp Parsley leaves
3 tbsp Corn starch
Oil
METHOD
- Mix the ingredients for the dough, let the dough rest for 20 minutes, and at this time make the filling.
- Mix the ingredients for the filling in a separate bowl.
- Roll out the dough, divide the filling into balls.
- Cut the dough into strips and place the filling on one edge. Wrap the rolls. Pierce with a toothpick and fry in oil.
