Chocolate magic cake: it will blow your mind with its look and taste!

Three layers with a custard-like layer in the middle, all made from one batter. It satisfies any chocolate cravings!

INGREDIENTS

80g flour

40g cocoa powder

150g sugar

130g butter

500ml milk

4 eggs

1 tbs cold water

1 tbs lemon juice

Vanilla extract

Salt (a pinch)

METHOD

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with lemon juice, mi yolks with sugar then mix in water, butter, salt, vanilla extract, flour and cocoa powder, mix in warm milk little by little.
Then add in beatened egg whites, mix it well and pour in prepared baking pan.
Bake at 162 ' C ( 323 ' f ) for 60 minutes.
Sprinkle with sugar powder
