Savory pound cake with asparagus, ham and scamorza cheese: tasty and soft

Ingredients:
220g all-purpose flour
1 whole egg
250g heavy cream (or 200 grams of heavy cream and 50 grams of milk)
80g corn oil
16g yeast
200 g sautéed asparagus
100/120g ham
100/120g smoked cheese
Salt to taste

Directions:
Beat the egg in a bowl, then add oil, cream, baking powder, salt and flour (previously sieved).
Once you have sort of cream, add asparagus, ham and smoked cheese.
Pour the mixture into a buttered mold, bake at 170°C (340°F)for 45 minutes.
