Roasted Broccoli: turns broccoli haters into broccoli lovers

Ingredients
2 heads broccoli cut into florets
3 cloves garlic sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon zested and juiced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Place the broccoli florets onto a baking sheet and toss with the garlic slices. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Roast in an oven at 425 degrees until broccoli is tender crisp (about 15-20 minute). Remove from oven and drizzle the lemon juice over the cooked broccoli and sprinkle the lemon zest and Parmesan cheese over it.
