No-bake Mini Chocolate Cheesecakes: absolutely heavenly

Ingredients
Crust:
1 ½ Cups chocolate cookies with Filling
3 - 4 Tbs Butter
Filling:
2 8-Ounce Cream Cheese
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 Tbs Granulated Sugar
1 Cup hazelnut cream
3 Tbs Cocoa Powder
¾ Cup Fresh Whipped Cream
Ganache:
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Filling: In a standing mixer whip cream cheese until fluffy and smooth. About 3 minutes. Add vanilla, and sweetened condensed milk and mix well. Add the granulated sugar and mix. Add the hazelnut cream, and cocoa powder and mix to combine. Add whipped cream and mix. Set aside.
Crust: Blend cookies until it represents fine sand. Add melted butter and 1 Tablespoon to each cupcake liner, press down firmly using a spoon. Spoon or pipe in the hazelnut cream filling, evenly into each cupcake liner.
Ganache: In a glass bowl add chocolate chips and hot heavy cream. Pour a small amount of ganache on top of each cheesecake.Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 5 hours. Remove wrapper and decore it.
