How to make sponge toffee: a mouthwatering and easy recipe

Ingredients:
200 gr sugar
100 gr water
50 gr maltose
2 tablespoons baking soda
Directions:
in saucepan pour water, sugar and maltose, bring to boil and add baking soda. Mix well and pour into a tray, let it cool, broken and enjoy!
