Colourful smoothie bowls: too cool to eat!

Rachel Lorton is a self-proclaimed “smoothie bowl enthusiast”. She built a 19,400-person following by making stunning smoothie bowls and posting them on social media.

She became a vegan three years ago and she started drinking more smoothies and posting them on instagram hoping to show her friends that eating healthy foods could be fun.
 
She creates vegan smoothie bowls exclusively based on fruits and natural ingredients, creating compositions without using artificial colors!
 
Rachel uses frozen fruits for her all-vegan creations, blending them with natural ingredients
like spirulina and goji to change their colour.
 
A squeezy sauce bottle is used to pipe on lines and dots, and a cocktail stick to draw in cool designs.
She then uses intricately cut up fruit as toppings.
