How to make creamy and tasty Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients:
Serves 4:
100g pecorino romano cheese
200g guanciale, peppery part
400g rigatoni
Salt and black pepper
4 egg yolks
Olive oil
Directions:
Cut the bacon and cook, then mix well with cheese, egg yolks, salt and black pepper. Once the rigatoni are cooked, stir everything in the pan and serve.
