An easily digestible pizza: here's how to have it light and tasty

1kg all-purpose flour
800g water
40g olive oil
2g active dry yeast
20g salt
For filling:
Tomato sauce
Sausage
Black olives
Anchovies in oil
Cooked ham
Salami
Origan
Mozzarella
(You can choose the ingredients you prefer)
Directions:
Put the flour in the planetary mixer and dissolve the yeast with water, then add to the flour and stir. Gradually add water, salt and oil. Put the dough in a greased container and let it rise in the fridge for 46 hours (sealed). Then roll out the dough and divide it into 4 parts. Let rise for another two hours then fill them as you prefer. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (500°F) for 10-12 minutes.
