4-ingredient yogurt cake: here's a simple recipe

Ingredients:
500g natural Greek yogurt
100g powdered sugar
50g all-purpose flour
4 egg whites
Directions:
Mix the yogurt with flour and powdered sugar. Separately beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and then combine the rest. Pour into a mold with a 18 cm diameter. Bake at 170°C (340°F)for 45 minutes.
