INGREDIENTS
500gr flour
450ml milk
15 g dry yeast
1 orange (zest and juice)
1 tbsp anise liqueur
Vegetable oil
Granulated sugar

METHOD
In a big bowl, add yeast and milk, mix until dissolved.
In another bowl, add flour, orange zest and juice, anise liqueur. Mix and add milk mixture.
Mix until a uniform mixture is obtained. Cover and let rise for 2 hours.
Put the dough in a plastic bottle and fry the donuts in the vegetable oil.
