Apple Crumble: Fast, Easy-To-Make Dessert

Ingredients:
80g brown sugar 
3 tablespoons water
the juice of a lemon
4 apples, diced
pinch of cinnamon
 
Shortcrust pastry:
350g all-purpose flour 
170g sugar
1 egg
170g butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
 
Directions:
Put the sugar, water, lemon, apples and cinnamon in the pan. Cook until the water boils.
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, egg, butter and baking powder. Knead everything until you get a sandy mixture. Crush half dough into a cake pan, fill with apples and cover with other pieces of dough. Bake at 170°C (340°F) (preheated) for 30 minutes.
