Shrimp au gratin: quick & tasty

Ingredients:
Shrimp
Olive oil
pepper
salt
Chopped parsley
Garlic, fresh or in oil
Bread crumbs
 
Directions:
Cover a baking pan with aluminum foil, pour olive oil, then add pepper, salt and parsley. Arrange the shrimp and then add salt, olive oil, garlic and breadcrumbs. Cover with another sheet of aluminum foil and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30-40 minutes.
