Berries Pavlova: the beautiful and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
4 egg whites
a pinch of salt
230 grams of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
vanilla flavoring
2 teaspoons of cornstarch
500 ml of fresh cream
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
125 gr of strawberries
125 gr of raspberries
125 gr of blueberries
Directions:
Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding salt, sugar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Then add the vanilla flavor and two teaspoons of cornstarch. At this point, form the base of the cake with the meringue and bake at 260°F (130 °) for 10 minutes. Then lower to 220°F (110 °) and continue cooking for 90 minutes keeping the oven open with a wooden ladle.
Whip the cream and add the icing sugar.
Stuff the meringue and decorate with berries.
