Potato fondue: creamy and delicious for you and your friends!

INGREDIENTS
4 potatoes
Flour
Salt
Water
For the fondue:
250g Emmental
200g aged cheese
1 tbsp starch
1 garlic clove
250ml white wine
METHOD
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into squares.
- Use two chopsticks to cut the potatoes into a grid without cutting completely. Place the potatoes in a bowl, add salt and water, rinse.
- Cover each potato in flour and fry.
- Crush garlic, and spread in the pot. Pour in the white wine.
- Grate the cheese and slowly add to the wine while continuing to mix. Once all the cheese has been incorporated, serve straight away with the potatoes.
