Speck and cheese veal rolls: fast, simple and tasty

Ingredients:
16 slices of veal
16 slices of provolone
16 slices of speck
Extra virgin olive oil
Flour 00
Grated cheese
Sage
Salt
Pepper
1/2 glass of white wine

Preparation:
Roll out the veal slices and fill with grated cheese, bacon, provolone cheese, salt and pepper. Close and stop the rolls with a toothpick. Sprinkle a thin layer of flour and cook in a pan with oil. Brown on both sides and add sage and white wine. Cook for 20 minutes and serve these succulent rolls.
